Shirley Ellis has fourteen years experience in the field of event planning and conference/workshop management. She held the position of Executive Director for Ontario East Economic Development Commission for twelve years and prior to that, worked for sixteen years in the legal field. She has completed her AMCT in Municipal Management.

Doug Ellis joined the firm 9 years ago following his retirement as a Chief Administrative Officer for the City of Brockville, a position he held for twenty years. He was in the private sector prior to working for the City of Brockville.

Doug and Shirley are assisted by a capable support staff who have over 10 years combined experience in this field.
